Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you or a person you have designated receives the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation

• Log in to your customer account at account.semicolonbrand.com and select the order you wish to return or cancel.
• Checked out with a phone number only? Use the link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Returning your item You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal. You as the consumer are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs for express or non-standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
